Book Basket

I know that it is not always easy to get boys motivated to read. We have been lucky in that Joshua LOVES to read. But, I find it especially difficult to find books he wants to read that do not involve violence or potty humor. I can only take so many spiderman etc... books before I want to poke my eyes out!

Recently, we stumbled upon a nice compromise. They are called All Aboard Science Readers and there are several fun titles.
Gross Out! (All Aboard Science Reader)
Fake Out!: Animals That Play Tricks (All Aboard Science Reader)
Freak Out!: Animals Beyond Your Wildest Imagination (All Aboard Science Reader)
Far Out!: Animals That Do Amazing Things (All Aboard Science Reader)
Bug Out!: The World's Creepiest, Crawliest Critters (Penguin Young Readers, L3)
Maxed Out!: Gigantic Creatures from the Past (All Aboard Science Reader)
Giant Lizards: All Aboard Science Reader Station Stop 2
Black Out!: Animals That Live in the Dark (All Aboard Science Reader)
Planets (All Aboard Science Reader)
...among others!
Check them out and if you are a Costco member they currently have a set of these for $10. in the store.
