Monday- Tilapia & half baked potatoes (Did not get to this one last week!)
Tuesday- Lasagna (Another one we did not do last week.)
Wednesday- Might eat out as is our custom but I am leaning toward using up the potatoes by making some roasted potatoes or oven fries and tossing some frozen nuggets in the oven.
Thursday- Brown bag burritos and a quick pizza style burrito for Josh (not a fan of mexican).
Friday- Macaroni & cheese (I'm really starting to wonder what we ate last week!)
Saturday- Hot Hoagies
Sunday- Bacon Cheese Frittata and Muffins
